Shipping and Handling

All orders received are processed within 5-7 days from Monday-Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note orders are typically shipped out on Mondays and Fridays. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

When placing an order, make sure you have entered your address correct. Missing information can delay the shipping process. We are not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses or information and additional shipping charges may be applied if an order needs to be re-shipped. 

USA destination:

  • First class shipping takes between 3-7 days 
  • Contact us prior to placing your order if you need expedited shipping

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS. Due to USPS policy packages are not typically tracked once it leaves the US. You will still get a tracking number so you can see when it leaves the US. International shipping can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you need expedited international shipping please contact us prior to placing your order. Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which the customer is responsible for. Fringe+co. is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Fringe+co. is not liable for lost post, packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, or any other fault carried out by USPS. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to resolve it.
