Returns & Exchanges
As a small business with one-of-a-kind pieces we do NOT issue refunds. We will gladly offer you a one-time exchange your item for another or issue store credit, one-for-one.
Many of our party shirts are vintage and therefore are pre-worn and may have some damage which gives them their sparkly character. If an item was obviously damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Please note, we automatically add Route Package Protection to all orders to help protect you against lost, damaged, or stolen packages. This service is optional and it is your responsibility to remove the Route Package Protection item from your order. We will not be able to accommodate a refund if you forget to do so. If you do not purchase the Route Protection Plan, Fringe+co. is NOT liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, a 15% cancel transaction fee may be applied. Any changes to local pick-up orders (including cancellation requests) must be submitted within 15 days of order submission.
Custom orders and presale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Information
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. For local pick-up orders, requests must be submitted within 15 days of order submission.
- Once exchange request is approved, the item MUST be postmarked within 5 days of exchange approval. If it is not postmarked within that time frame Fringe + co. can no longer accept the exchange.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
- Original shipping charge is not refundable. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping items back for an exchange as well as shipping charges associated with the exchanged product.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Items eligible for exchange can be exchanged for a single item of equal or lesser value. Please note: We issue exchanges on a per item basis - not for the order total.
- Exchanged items can only be exchanged once.
