Absolutely. We usually ask for at least a 3 week turnaround time on custom orders. We offer custom t-shirts, jackets, caftans and headwraps and are happy to discuss a custom order. Learn more HERE
We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 48 hours for your email to be responded to by our Customer Service Team. Any emails sent after business hours are responded to during business hours. Emails sent Friday after 1pm MST through Sunday evening are responded to the following business day.
Fringe + co. does not accept returns. Orders placed may be exchanged for another product or store credit within 15 days.
Please make sure to review your carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double check that all details are correct.

All of our parcels are sent via USPS. We offer ground, Priority and Priority Express shipping. Fees are dependent on weight and location.
We offer Priority Express which is typically 1-2 days, not guaranteed.
As a small business with one-of-a-kind pieces we do NOT issue refunds. We will gladly exchange your item for another or for store credit.
If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, a 10% cancel transaction fee may be applied.
