Our Favorite New Orleans Hamburgers - Fringe+Co

Our Favorite New Orleans Hamburgers

4 Fabulous New Orleans Burgers
It's #nationalhamburgerday and we decided to thrown on some sparkles and do a tour de burger around New Orleans. For a city known for its food, it is easy to find some incredible burger joints. Here are just a few of our local Fringe-approved favorites served with a side of sparkle.

Favorite Burger #1: Nice Guys

Nice Guys Burger for National Hamburger Day- Our Favorite New Orleans Burgers

I had never been to Nice Guys before our tour de burgers and let me tell you, this one is going on the list. We had the Reggae Burger and the Mr. Nice Guy burger and they are what burger dreams are made of. Top it off with the candy daiquiri and we were in hamburger heaven. Nice Guys is a MUST visit if you want a delicious burger- I can't wait to go back and try the wings!

Favorite Burger #2: Frey Smoked Meats

Stop #2 was Frey Smoked Meats- a place known for their gigantic milkshakes, BBQ meats, and jalapeño mac and cheese burger. That's right. Jalapeño mac and cheese on top of a burger. It adds a perfect kick of spice that is delicious washed down with the Cookie Monster milkshake. I'm definitely ordering this burger when I go back, because who doesn't love mac and cheese on a burger?

Favorite Burger #3: Fharmacy NOLA

Fharmacy Nola Burger- Our Favorite New Orleans Burgers

My neighbors swear by the Fharmacy burger and I can't say they are wrong. The Fharmacy burger is topped with their house made Giardiniera and bacon jam and is the most deliciously unexpected flavor combination that just works. Everyone on the tour de burger was so excited to try this burger and let's just say everyone will be coming back. It is a burger that dreams are made of and we will be dreaming about this one for a long time to come. A MUST visit when in New Orleans.

Favorite Burger #4: Port Of Call

Port of Call Burger- Our Favorite New Orleans Burgers

Port Of Call is famous for a few things: the burger and the monster-size drinks. There's usually a line out the door but it is well worth the wait. We figured this was the perfect ending to our tour de New Orleans Burgers because there's nothing like ending a day full of burgers and fries with... a burger and a loaded baked potato. That's right, their loaded baked potato is almost as good as their burger and you'll definitely need either a nap or a long stroll in the French Quarter after visiting the famous Port of Call. We had such a fun day of eating and touring around New Orleans, what is your favorite New Orleans burger?

I absolutely love burgers. I’ve been to Port of Call and they are delicious. I agree waiting on line is not a problem, but I’ve never heard of or tried the other three burger places. Thank you for this awesome & fun advice. Now all I need is to buy me some sparkling clothing, so I can have an awesome outing as y’all did.
